At OSL Drinks, we take pride in delivering quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
>The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
>The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
>The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
>Perishable items that have been opened or consumed
>Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
>Custom or special-order products (unless defective)

Please include:
>Your order number
>A brief explanation of the reason for the return
>Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
>If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.
>If the return is for other reasons (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
>We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
>Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
>You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Please note:
>Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
>Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us using the details provided in Section 2.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
>Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
>Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
>We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
